Crispy Chocolate Bark with Pistachios

Tis the Season...
This easy recipe is popular at holiday time and when chocolate is involved you can never go wrong!

  1. Melt chocolate, and stir in puffed rice cereal.
  2. Spread onto parchment lined cookie sheet
  3. Sprinkle nuts on top and gently press them in
  4. Put in fridge for 20 minutes to set. Remove and break into small pieces
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips x 1 cup
  • Puffed rice cereal x 1 cup
  • Chopped pistachios x 1/2 cup
