Oatmeal Sweet Biscuits

Enjoy this sweet breakfast biscuit. They are perfect for those who want their oatmeal "to go." The light, flakey texture, and whole grain nutrition make this a truly unique treat.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and spoon the resulting batter, 1/4 cup at a time, onto a baking stone or sprayed cookie sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the tops with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Sugar x 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar x 1/2 cup
  • Eggs x 3
  • Olive Oil x 1/2 cup
  • Milk x 1 cup
  • Vinegar x 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder x 2 teaspoon
  • Baking soda x 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon x 2 teaspoon
  • Flour x 2 cup
  • Quick-Cooking or Instant Oats x 1 cup
  • Raisins x 1/2 cup
  • Salt x 1/2 teaspoon
