Vegan Almond Cookie

We're Going Nuts
This chewy vegan delight is not only healthy, it's a decadent treat that will tempt your taste buds. This cookie is made with alkaline-based ingredients that help cleanse the body of toxins. Bet you didn't think a cookie could do that, huh?

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended
  3. Spread olive oil onto a baking sheet
  4. Using hands, form cookies into medium-sized balls. Place onto oiled baking sheet approximate 3-inches apart
  5. Using the bottom of a glass, flatten cookie balls (sides should not touch)
  6. Place tray in oven. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown
  7. When slightly cool, drizzle with agave
  8. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • Almonds x 3 cup
  • Spelt flour x 1 cup
  • Raisins x 1/2 cup
  • Agave x 1/4 cup
  • Water x 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon x 1 tablespoon
